Changed your mind, wrong pattern, arrived damaged — tell us within 30 days and we put it right. Breakages in transit are replaced or refunded.
Photograph the parcel and piece within 48 hours. We replace or refund — and take it up with the carrier ourselves. Keep all packaging until resolved.
Wrong pattern, undisclosed chip, crazing or backstamp mismatch — return for a full refund including outward postage, or a replacement if available.
Return unused pieces within 30 days for a refund of the item price (5% discount stands). Buyer pays return postage; pieces must arrive safely — reuse our double-boxing.
